Disconnected tools
Email, calendar, accounts, files and meeting notes are five separate tools. Each tool sees one part of the work. The user moves information between the tools by hand. The user also has to remember every contact and check all of the work. A general AI chat starts each conversation with no knowledge of contacts or past decisions.

The difference
Common questions
The AI engine
Exo is not a new AI model. It is a system on top of an AI service already in use. Today that service is Claude on a paid plan. The design allows the AI engine to be replaced later. Exo is the part that knows the user's contacts, rules and files.
Cost
Exo runs on the AI plan the user already pays for. In addition, a one-off setup is done with the user. An optional monthly care plan keeps Exo maintained and improving. Figures are given on a short call and sized to need.
Other functions
- Exo knows each contact and how the user writes to each one.
- Exo connects the tools in use. Information moves between the tools without passing through the user.
- Exo checks its own work and corrects its own rules.
- The user's information is in files the user owns. The user can move the files elsewhere or change the AI.
- Exo is set up around what matters most to the user. It asks before any action that leaves the user's systems.
Registration
The form asks for a name, email, role and one line on what takes up most of the week. Exo is then demonstrated on that specific problem.
